need i say more ? his q is a scalpel his autos have a blood splat and its heavier when his passive procs and his ult is a "brightish"( none hindering visually so you can see through it but its obvious when he ults) and instead of him laughing when he ults he says "scalpel check" or something idk just an idea that i liked

Well normally I wouldn't want him to have a skin because I'd rather not fight him constantly but when you think about it, out of the 4 ninja champions, he is the only one without a medical related skin. So it would honestly make sense for him to get a skin kind of like that
