hmm.. Fan user?

Big fan of a fan user~ why not make one riot? would love if the fan user can be a support or a Ap but this is my opinion tell me if you have any also :D that would make it better Q: howling wind : 3 Winds going 3 seprate ways being able to knock back the enemy (like dragon) W: Wind Protection : makes a Aoe protection barrier for you or the team (if they are close to you) for 2.5 second being able to block out all spells E: Gentle breath : healing your teammate with a breeze of air (like sorakas or sonas healing) R: wind field : dealing dmg and supressing the enemy for 1.5 seconds in a circle with wind slashes dealing dmg over time
