Skin Ideas by your average olayer

Nothing much, just a post about skin ideas that I and some people I know could be pretty cool. I'm not just going to throw anything out there, I'll try to keep it to things we'd consider exceptional. That being said, some will be just for champions that haven't gotten anything in a while. As more ideas come up, I'll update this post. If you have ideas, feel free to make comments.
