[MODIFIED] Champion Concept - Triar the Wayward Genius

This was a champion I made a while ago and I decided to re-post the concept but make adjustments to the character. Enjoy and let me know what I should change about the champion :3

I need not an imaginary relic of ice, because I have my creation.. Triar maniacally laughs." _

PASSIVE - "Fear is the Expediter" - For every enemy in a radius around Triar (wukong's passive) and is within vision; Triar gains 5% more movement speed capping at 25%.

2nd PASSIVE - "Electro-Box" - Triar's body can't muster mana so instead he relies on a generator box that gives him an expenditure factor called "Electricity" that re-generates like energy (10 per second I believe)

Q SKILL - "Jolt Strike" - Triar gains an auto attack buff for 5 seconds making his next auto attack instantly crit and deal additional physical damage to the target and nearby enemies in a circular radius, as well as fear minions/neutral mobs nearby for 0.5 seconds.

However, if he doesn't attack within the 5 seconds he receives a decaying movement speed buff. For every unit killed by this skill he gains a stack called "Glut" and at 5 stacks his next Q afterwards uses the stacks and deals bonus true damage as well as stunning the enemy for 1 second but there is no AoE damage.

CD: 8 COST: 25

(Here is Triar's main damage output, and as a jungler stacking his Q before a gank/TF/trade is ideal if you want to win. A quick combo would be to activate his E after stacking your Q, Proc the E auto-attack buff, and then Q to quickly auto attack again, then perform a normal auto attack and activate W as you retreat. Stack Q-E-E+AA-AA-Q-AA-W)

W SKILL - "Safe and Sound" - Triar lets out a "BATTLECRY" that knocks down all enemies nearby, grants him a spell shield and a tremendous amount of bonus armor/magic resistance that decays over 3 seconds.

CD: 21 COST: 50

(This skill is given to Triar so he has an aspect of tankiness, and the knock-down is also apart of kit so he can make extreme outplays such as when [with good timing] a Lee Sin activates his second Q and is flying in.. the knock-down will stop Lee Sin from dealing the damage and closing the distance! A bit over-powered in the hands of a pro! )

E SKILL - "Scamper Smash" - Triar explodes the surrounding area dealing 50% of his current physical damage and then shoots in a linearly selected direction, knocking up enemies and doing moderate damage, then gaining an accelerating movement speed buff that caps at 30% when reaching the final fifth second then decaying back to normal speed. During the speed buff he has 55% more attack speed, and his attacks do 20 bonus true damage. The first auto attack after activation fears nearby enemies for 1 second.

CD: 14 COST: 50

(This skill can go over walls, and was added to give Triar a gap-closer and an escape since he is supposed to be a tanky assassin type of champion like a jungler or bruiser.)

THE ULTIMATE - "The Omen of Strength" - Triar reveals his true creation - a type of heavily modified rod of machinery and during the channel animation that last 2 seconds he stabs himself with the rod which transforms Triar to a fully-grown troll equipped with technological armaments. His skills are changed, and he gains tons of Ad, Armor, Magic Resistance, Health, and Health Regen, and no longer has any electricity to expend. His first auto attack on an enemy champion marks and slows (3 seconds) them (he now has true vision of them, penetrates their armor and magic resistance, and gains a MS buff when moving towards them.) and fears minions/neutral mobs nearby for 2 seconds.

The form last 20 seconds. Minion-collision no longer exist for him in this form.

  • Q - His Q now becomes the same but deals true damage with the crit and an AoE impact that applies on-hit effects such as the crit, it also chunks his current health from the over-exertion.

  • W - His W now grants him a shield that soaks damage over a period of time and then proceeds to combust after 8 seconds dealing huge AoE damage equal to the soaked damage.

  • E - His E allows him to charge forth and knock down any enemy champions in the way as he charges forward accelerating up to 50% movement speed.
