Champion Concept #7 (Weelo the Nether Wisp)
Link for #8 Lore- A Voidling accidentally went to the wrong dimension. A dimension known as Factor. There Weelo gradually became friends with one of the inhabitants named Qwip. Together they explored the vast reaches of space. Weelo became known as a great explorer among the Factor. The Factorwide Federation Corporation or FFC took notice of Weelo's accomplishments and sent him to dimension unknowable (the dimension with all your favorite LOL characters (at least the name given by the FFC for it)). For those who don't know the FFC basically owns all of Factor.
Role- Assassin/ Assassin Assist
Passive- Shadow Bound Weelo can instantly teleport/ become the shadow of any allied anything While that shadow Weelo gains there basic attack (type, range, animation) Wards and other allied things that cast shadows but don't attack give weelo a short ranged all around pulse attack This is the only way Weelo can move (Weelo is naturally immobile)
Q- Shadow Quaker Weelo creates a stationary shadow quaker that periodically pulses damage This generates a shadow
W- Powerless Weelo Siphons target champions attack damage This stacks and its effects don't were off until target champion leaves a range
E- Infest Weelo infests target champions shadow doing rapid damage
R- Banish Weelo banishes infested champion to a pocket dimension were only one of them can reenter the game by killing the other There are 3 Shadow cannons in this pocket dimension and space is small Weelo can shoot from them but only when occupying there shadow
