Fortune-Teller Idea

I was just thinking it would be neat to have a Bilgewater-type fortune-telling character in the game. It could be an old woman (or a hooded skeletal being). I think she would fit in nicely with the Bilgewater narrative.

I imagine her as a support character who has a passive like "Amusement" or something. And it would be a really fun character, like you're playing mini-games or toying with people the whole time. Maybe she could have a Clairvoyance-type ability which could reward her for good predictions/vision control--- like if she spots someone with the ability in the fog of war, she would receive some bonus gold. I also think an interesting crystal-ball ability would be fun, like a giant Willump snowball, but it doesn't do damage; it would capture enemies in the ball, and then she could roll it back to ward her team. But she'd only have a few seconds to roll it, like 3 or 4.

These are just some thoughts I wanted to throw out there. I like thinking about concepts, so yeah. Thanks for hearing me out! :)
