[Champion concept] pastel. the preserver of art

Pastel is a ap mage that can be played as support jungler top and mid laner that uses energy instead of mana. Armor:45 Damage:70 Ability power:0 lifesteal:0 Spell vamp:0 energy regen:10 Health regen:2.6 Cooldown reduction:0 Base energy: 225 Base health:457 Speed:355

Passive: Artist's suffering, activates when pastel is below 10% of her original health ,and when ever she lands a basic attack or ability off of an enemy while artist's suffering is active she deals a mark of ink and that empowers her with .5 ability power until those marks are gone(The mark is permanent ,and can not be terminated by other abilities such as clarify or mikels crucible until an ability is used). if pastel uses one of her abilities on an enemy with a mark of ink the effects of that ability are enhanced ,but eliminates half of the marks on an enemy.

Q: Societal imprisonment, is a vector casting spell that roots the target for the amount of marks the enemy has (.5 seconds for every mark). Cost is 75 energy

W:Glob, is a trap that deals effects based on her health,if a teammate steps over it it refunds mana and gives health to that teammate, (there can only be 3 of glob as well as they all have 80 secs before despawning) at 1/4 health if a enemy steps over it it deals a 3.5s armour debuff, at 2/4 if a enemy steps over it it deals a mana regen block until they are out of 35 units of the original trap , at 3/4 if a enemy champion steps over it it will heal nearby teammates if no teammates are near it will give health to pastel ,but not as much as it would of(The teammates/pastel have to be within 50 units). Cost is 40 energy

E:Broken canvas, is a wall that stops all damage that hits it but deals a armour debuff on pastel for 3.5 seconds if something hits it. This ability you could place any where within a limited range not being limited to front or back. Cost is 40 energy

R:Corrupted portrayal, is an ability that only affects those within a 25 units ,and also only affects those with mark of ink on them. This ability combines ,and eliminates all marks of ink on the enemies near while dealing a stun lasting for the combined amount of marks on the opponents (.1s for every mark) and deals 30 damage for every mark and 45 for everyone who has a debuff on them 25 if they have a healing/mana regen buff on them. Has no cost but has to be within range of someone with a mark of ink

Lore: Pastel was an outcast in a village of artists. She stood out from others by painting what she wanted to not what was dictated by the emperor. Eventually she was banished ,and to restore her honor she plotted to kill the emperor by painting something as an offering for amends. What the emperor didn't expect was a hidden knife in one of the paint brushes before he could call the guards she killed him. A ancient power was amused with this ,and gave pastel the powers she needed to protect her passion. she now wanders the land longing to join the kinkou and proving her worth to the ancient being that bestowed the powers she now has by assassinating those who seek to oppress whimsy and creativity.
