Azir's future

A few patches ago I started playing Azir when he was really strong. After 100k champion points :) I started playing ranked with him in silver xD. But I had a 59% winrate. But after the nerfs now he is really useless in my opinion. And also on all statistic sites he has a winrate about 40-45 %. So when will riot buff or "rework" him ?
