trollpole, fizz, and tower shots 'dissipating'

I'm sure this will get down voted into oblivion, but I feel like, if tower dives you, and trollpoles the tower shot, it shouldn't just "Disappear" but rather hit him when he lands.

Dunno how that would work, but i've seen this more times than I can count, where the tower shot is in the air, AFTER HE LANDS, but because it was in flight when he jumps on his stick it just disappears.

If zed Ult you, and returns to his shadow if a tower shot is on the way to him when he returns to his ult-shadow, it doesn't matter how far out of range he is that tower shot still finds him.

why does fizz have the ability to make tower shots just obliviate? Rather stupid.

I just think it is so stupid how safe/low risk this champ is for a high damage burst melee assassin.
