What if Azir's son survived Xeraths betrayal? The concept I've come up with has him surviving, as during the ascension of Xerath , some how instead of getting ascended, he was gifted with a second chance, as she had studied magic and trained under Nasus instead of Renekton . Ascension gave him a slight power boost as in he could create gates to his own portals to dimension of space and time, altering what time he returned back to Shurima, partial ascension also gifted him with the control over all things that enter the dimension of space time. Some say this could be the void, evidence is yet to be provided.
