Xin Zhao - The Ghost of the Viscero (Rework Idea)

PASSIVE - WRATH OF THE VISCERO Xin Zhao generates (4/7/11/16) Wrath over 3 seconds upon dealing or receiving damage and (0.5/0.75/1.25/2) Wrath whenever he damages at least one non-champion with a basic attack or Furious Charge. Xin Zhao's Wrath slowly decays if he has not dealt or taken damage in the last 13 seconds.

Xin Zhao starts the game with 100 Wrath, which only starts decaying at 1:35.

Q - THREE TALON STRIKE ACTIVE: Xin Zhao's next 3 basic attacks for the next 5 seconds deal (15/30/45/60/75(+ 20% AD)) bonus physical damage and reduce his other abilities' cooldowns by 1 second. The third basic attack also knocks up his target for 1 second.

VISCERO: Xin Zhao will dash forward and knock up his target for 2 seconds. He will also deliver all three attacks while the target is airborne.

Three Talon Strike resets Xin Zhao's autoattack timer.

COOLDOWN: 9/8/7/6/5

W - VISCERO'S ARENA ACTIVE: Xin Zhao lobs his spear to the target location, marking a large radius as his arena. After a delay of 1.5 seconds, Xin Zhao gains (40/50/60/70/80%) bonus attack speed, (8/16/24/32/40) bonus attack damage, and heals for (30/50/70/90/110(+70% AD)) per second for the next 5 seconds within that area.

VISCERO: Doubles all bonuses.

COST: COOLDOWN: 16/15/14/13/12

E - FURIOUS CHARGE ACTIVE: Xin Zhao dashes forward to a target location, carrying all enemy champions in his path with him, dealing (30/80/130/180/230(+60% AD)) physical damage and stunning them for 0.75 seconds.

VISCERO: Doubles dash range and stun duration.

RANGE: 600(1200)/225 COOLDOWN: 14/13/12/11/10

R - THE VISCERO REBORN Can only be used at 100 Wrath.

ACTIVE: For the next 15/30/45 seconds, Xin Zhao consumes all of his Wrath and transforms into the Viscero, sweeping his spear around him, and knocking back all enemies in range. All enemies hit are stunned for (0.75/1.375/2) seconds, dealing them (75/175/275(+100% AD)(+15% current health)) physical damage. [capped at 600(+100% AD) against monsters.]

As the Viscero, all of Xin Zhao's other abilities are modified.
