[Champion Suggestion] [Game Mechanics] Paraja
"Parajás, Tupi-Guarani goddesses of honor, good and justice"
- Artist: Vinicius Galhardo
I tried to make an "ADC-Support", just as there is the Pyke, a assassin-support hehe...
Brief history: "Parajá is the name of the elite squad composed only by women. Everyone has the right to take the test and become a Parajá, however, once Parajá, always Parajá, they abdicate their names and connections to their families and clans and become part of the entity that are the Parajás. "
Possible phrases: "Don't you believe in your potential? Let me believe for you." "There are no stupid or intelligent people, there are different knowledge. Judging others as inferior, this is stupid." "Believe me, everyone has some useful skill or knowledge, and I know exactly how to use it." "I believe in the potential of my companions, which is why we are still alive." "Did you know that frogs can vomit? Believe it or not, that knowledge saved my life."
Skills:
-
Passive - Blood Pact: Parajá can choose an ally to make a Pact of Blood, final blows given by Parajá will automatically cause that the slaughter is considered by the allied with Pact of Blood. If the ally with Pact of Blood has not had influence in the slaughter, the ally that more caused damage will be rewarded.
-
Q - Battle Synergy: Parajá advances in a straight line and throws 6 projectiles around her. After using Battle Synergy, she will leave a trail of magic on the ground that will last x seconds, in case a ally with Blood Pact clicks on this trail, he will also advance following the trail and fire 6 projectiles around himself. (this can be used to advance towards a surrounded ally and then letting him scape with the trail)
-
W - Cadenced Attack: Passive: Attacking the same enemy attacked by the allied with Blood Pact will mark the enemy. The mark will have accumulations that will only be staked if Parajá attacks after the ally, when it reaches the number of sufficient accumulations, the next basic attack of the ally with Pact of Blood will stun the marked enemy.
-
E - In Sync: Parajá launches a wave of magic in a straight line that heals allies and deals damage to enemies. If the wave reaches an ally with Blood Pact, the wave will be rebound back to Parajá, and if it hits again, it will give shield to her and it will rebound back. This can repeat x times, changing between cure and shield.
-
R - Lightning Attack: Parajá uses his elemental water magic to slide on the ground, being able to attack while she moves. Allies with Pact of Blood will slide on the wet terrain following the path of Parajá. Using In Sync during the ult does not cancel the effects if the ability doesn't hit the Blood Pact ally.
Final considerations:
Ah yes, since Qyiana launched a new region representing the Mexican culture, Parajá could be inserted in that nation or something, who knows? Although this ultimate Parajá seems interesting, I also thought of some problems that could come if the champion were to be chosen in a match. The problems are that it has no peel, no cure and its escape in Q may not mean much if the adc is taken out of position, unless the Q allows the ally with the Blood Pact to advance no matter which direction Parajá has gone (she goes forward, the ally clicks on the trail and goes in the opposite direction). We are talking about a lane with 2 adcs, not an adc and a support, Parajá (with the presented kit) will not tank the damage and she won't save the adc from a Zed 300% mad and will not even be the solution to a Rammus with 400 armor with thornmail. The only way for her to be useful in a match is if, by some divine luck, none of the selected champions have anything to do with those points.
I thought of some possible alternatives to the skills, however, at the moment I still do not know which one I should insert:
-
W - Cadenced Attack: Passive: Attacking the same enemy attacked by the allied with Blood Pact, will mark the enemy. The mark will have accumulations that will only be staked if Parajá attacks after the ally, when it reaches the number of sufficient accumulations, the next basic attack of the ally with Pact of Blood will stun the marked enemy.
-
E - Our revenge: Allies who have made Blood Pact can choose enemies. Parajá creates a barrier of redirecting magic, in case an ally shoots through it, and the enemy is within the range of the berrier, the shots will be transformed into projectiles and will appear randomly around the target (only works with basic distance attacks, skills and ultimatums have no effect). If an enemy shoots through the barrier with a basic attack targeting an ally with Blood Pact and Parajá is within the range of the barrier (which becomes smaller in this case), the damage will be divided between the two.
-
R - Attack and retreat: Parajá and the allied with Pact of Blood advance in a straight line sending a wave that causes slowness to the enemies, in case Parajá activates this ability again, they will return to the initial position.
-
R - Attack and Confuse: During x seconds Parajá and his Blood Pact ally will be invisible for 1 second every time they turn their backs on an enemy, gaining speed of bonus movement when they become invisible.
I would like to see more stories and characters based on Brazilian Aboriginal mythology, so I made one. hehe But one thing that makes me sad is that thousands of aboriginal Brazilian societies are having their culture forgotten by time and forced conversions from churches, where they only approach tribes living in misery and hunger and only help them if they convert to Christianity and to forget their "pagan" gods. Believe what you want, it's not my problem, but just to stop a people from die from starvation and sickness if they do what you want does not seem very ethical (at least they're not burning these people alive, oh yeah, it just happens with gay, lesbian, trans and "homeless" [see the case that a cacique was burned alive by adolescents who, according to them "was a joke, because they thought he was a homeless."] {yes, Brazil is a tough place}) It pains me to imagine that so many different cultures are being forgotten... There is an online encyclopedia of almost all Aboriginal tribes registered in Brazil, however, many of the articles do not speak much beyond "people X, live in region Y, worship god Z" and do not extend beyond a paragraph or two, as if the whole culture and history of a society could be summed up in one paragraph.
