i don't have a name for her or art, but for her art and model it would be really cool if she like floats like syndra with black cape over her head like the one yorick wears and there's iron shackles on her legs and she carries behind her on the ground a spiked ball and there's broken metal cuffs on her hands, like she was held prisoner somewhere. She's basically a control mage/ pusher / team fighter that excels late game and during extended team fights. so basically the short version of her bio is that she was a mage with incredible potential, who fell in love with a normal human. however his village hated magic. so one night while she was meeting her lover they got ambushed and captured and they used an artifact to stop her from using her magic. they also killed her lover in front of her eyes and then they shackled her and held her prisoner for hundreds of years and they used her magic against her will to kill people and grow the size of their tribe. torn with grief anger and pain her pure magic morphed into black magic and she ripped apart her shackles and she's out to get revenge on the people who held her prisoner and killed her lover.

Passive:

Death pulse: deal 0.25 to 1% of max health as magic damage every second in an area around her. Damage: 0.25/0.5/0.75/1(1/6/11/16) Works on towers.

Q: Soul shackles: the name should be changed but it was so cool. A wall made of energy moves out of her in a line that deals magic damage slows and pushes back the enemies. If the champion Collides with terrain, he gets rooted. if the enemy champion hits her w he gets stunned instead. Mana cost: 50/60/70/80 Cool down: 10/9/8/7 seconds Damage: 80/120/160/200 (+50% ap) Slow: 15%/20%/30%/40% for 1 second. Root: 1/1.25/1.5/1.75 seconds No cast time.

W:

Summons a wall at the target location. If a champion is slammed into the wall,the wall shatters slowing and dealing magic damage in an area. the target slammed is stunned. Mana cost: 70/80/90/100. Cool down: 20/18/16/14. Width of the wall: the same as annivia's wall. Damage: 90/130/170/210(+60% ap) Stun duration: 1.5 sec at all ranks The wall lasts for 5 seconds if not broken. Has a 0.5 sec cast time Knock backs like vayne's e, ornm e ... shatter the wall doesn't have to be her q.

E: Passive. Desolate:

Whenever one of her abilities damages an enemy champion a death pulse emits from her and from the damaged champion dealing more damage and in a bigger area.

Cool down 10/8/6/4. 2/3/4/5 % extra damage. No mana cost. Stacks on itself Up to 36% max health damage. This is basically the only nuke in her kit. But it needs extreme timing and set up to be successful.

R:

Releases the souls of the enemies she killed or assisted in the kill These souls are untargetable seek out the nearest enemy and attack them prioritizing targets she attacks. Souls are also able to attack towers. She is healed for a portion of the damage the souls do if she is full health the healing is converted into mana.

Heals for 10/25/40% of damage dealt to enemies only. she doesn't heal from damage dealt to towers. Lasts 10/15/20 seconds Mana cost: 100 at all ranks Cooldown : 160/120/100 seconds number of souls 10/15/20 (+ souls of the champions she killed or assisted in the kills) Souls damage: 25/35/50 (+5% ap)
