Moon flair Spell blade brought into summoner's rift

is one of the only reasons I would play a magic user in Twisted Treeline. It offers three fundamental tanky stats to the magic user, while still being a solid AP choice item. This item allows hybrid resistances for mages, and tenacity that otherwise wouldn't exist for them since mages don't take , ever. I would rush it essentially on any mid lane mage early; Preventing those snare/ult combos or knock up/ult combos or that other mage that does a CC/ult combo. Please Riot! PLEASE!
