Critical Strike Chance Change Suggestions

Critical Strike Chance feels too powerful when at low levels and with low crit chance. I have a few suggestions that may help to balance out the game so it doesn't feel like, Tryndamere for example, is doing 3000% more damage.

Normal Unchanged Crit = The percentage of Critical Strike Chance you have increases your chance of critically striking (obviously). When you critically strike, you deal 100% bonus damage to the target, plus 1% bonus damage for each % of Critical Strike Chance you have.

New Crit = The percentage of Critical Strike Chance you have increases your chance of critically striking (this is unchanged from the Normal Crit.) When you critically strike, you deal your percentage of Critical Strike Chance as bonus damage. Critical Strike Chance is capped at 100% for items. When you have over 100% Critical Strike Chance, half of the damage dealt by those attacks is dealt as bonus damage. (Note: Critical Strike Chance is hard capped at 150%)

I think those changes would help to lower the destructive power of critical strike early-game, but would assist late-game in ending quicker. 

So to review: Critical Strike does damage based on it's amount only, if over 100% you deal half that damage as bonus damage, but you cannot have more than 150% Critical Strike Chance.
