PROPHET, THE COMMANDO

Hi, this is my first champ concept. I only thought about it for 30 minutes so no good mana costs/CDs/anything really. Just the bare concept.

I got some inspiration from the Deadeye theories and from here http://forums.na.leagueoflegends.com/board/showthread.php?t=769230 . Before Riot puts out a sniper champ i wanted to get my take out there.

So:

Prophet, The Commando.

The Name is from the "Crysis" games since i love them and you need to be a prophet to land your sniper shots (you'll see about that). ASSASSIN/MARKSMAN (I'd like him MID, a bit like VARUS) RANGED Looking badass just like the real Prophet with a big sniper gun in his hands.

I want him to be a true sniper without constant damage output but much firepower on long range in single bursts. He should have the tools to get into a good spot to kill his targets. He should be able to spot enemies and prevent them from spotting him. Therefore he is super vulnerable if they track him down and get too close.

PASSIVE: - BOLT ACTION RIFLE: AtkSpeed locked at 0.5/0.75/1.0 (Remember: If i put numbers here they are super random and just for the idea of it.) - HEAVY HITTER: Excess AtkSpeed is converted into BonusArPen 1% -> 1 ArPen

Q: PRECISION

Passive: His range is increased by 40/80/120/160/200

Active (toggle): Prophet lays DOWN and readys his Gun (2 Second channel). Prophet gets UP (Instant). Getting attacked does not affect his stance. He can't move, only turn (think Vel'Koz R). He cant AA. His RANGE is doubled. His DAMAGE is doubled. A Skillshot-path-indicator shows up permanently. Left-CLicking fires a fast but very narrow SKILLSHOT in cursor-direction. (CD maybe the time it takes for 4x Auto-Attacking?) Every shot costs MANA.

-> Getting into Position like a real sniper to deliver some devastating shots.

W: THEY CAN'T TRUST THEIR EYES

Passive: - True sight on WARDS but allies CANNOT see them. - Enemy ward-detection-range on him is decreased by 10/20/30/40/50 % (Pinks unnaffected)

Active: Throws a Decoy of himself that mirrors attacks on the enemy he is attacking. (Using W Active forces negative PRECISION toggle)

-> If he moves its clear which one is the real Prophet. Perfect skill for getting into an ambush position but just his last hope if they get to him.

E: TARGET SCAN

Q-: Sweeps an AREA in a cone in front of him for living things to kill (only red silouettes like the oracle sweeper thing for invisible units) Area gets longer and wider with levels put in. Has a channel time over 2 seconds. Targets are only visible for the channel time.

Q+: Same effect but lasts longer and is instant cast so he can shoot while seeing the red shadows of his enemies.

-> In Q- he can gather some quick info about enemy movement towards him. In Q+ he can use this skill to get some information about targets but if he really wants to see them he needs to sneak in with W and get wards of his own down. The scan starts from his model and moves outwards in a cone.

R: KILL

Passive: - Maximum turnrate in Q+ get higher with Rank 1/2/3

Active: Prophet fires an additional 1/2/3 Bullets in quick succsession to take out his target.

-> Can only fire in Q+. Can only fire right after (like press it right after you shot your Q) a Q+ Round was shot. While you shoot all the bullets you can turn to lead a moving target. Time between shots is something like 0.1/0.2 seconds.

Use this skill to take out a squishy for sure or maybe soften up many enemies which run down a narrow path in the jungle.
