Illaoi already has a resistance skin, so i don't think she'll get another mechanical skin for a while Same with Thresh and his pulsefire skin

And why illaoi? How is she connected with the undead? Wouldn't Karthus for example be better?

PROJECT is for Human champions... a lot of those are not.

i was thinking of top Laners but i forgot about her mechanical skin. But they did make Mecha for Leona and she has a PROJECT: skin i was also thinking of Sion
