Making nocturne like his lore

According to nocturne's lore, he murders people in their sleep. He is supposed to be an assassin. This past season he was mainly played as a bruiser or a tank. I suggest a rework so that he fits his lore.

PASSIVE: Nightmare Champions and jungle monsters that are within 500 units of Nocturne for more than 3 seconds are feared and are dealt damage equal to 15% of their missing health. Nocturne heals himself for 50% of the damage dealt.

On-target Cooldown: 10 seconds

Q: DUSKBRINGER Cooldown: 10 ACTIVE: Nocturne sends out a shadow blade in a line that leaves a Dusk Trail on its path, dealing physical damage to enemies it passes through and causing enemy champions hit to also leave a Dusk Trail behind their movements for 5 seconds.

While on the Dusk Trail, nocturnes abilities are augmented, nocturne is ghosted, and Nocturne gains movement speed.

PHYSICAL DAMAGE: 60 / 105 / 150 / 195 / 240 (+ 75% AD) MOVEMENT SPEED: 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 / 35%

W: UMBRA BLADES Cooldown: 10 / 10 / 9 / 9 / 8 ACTIVE: Nocturnes next basic attack deals extra damage and is AOE.

Basic attacks reduce Umbra Blades's cooldown by 1 second.

While on the Dusk trail, Umbra blades deals more damage, the AOE is larger, and it heals Nocturne for 10% of the damage dealt.

PHYSICAL DAMAGE: 40 / 80 / 120 / 160 / 200 (+75% bonus AD) DUSK TRAIL PHYSICAL DAMAGE: 60 / 100 / 140 / 180 / 220 (+120% bonus AD)

E: PARANOIA Cooldown: 20 / 17 / 14 / 11 / 8 ACTIVE: Apply near sight to an enemy champion and deal damage

While on the Dusk trail, dash to the targeted enemy champion and deals more damage.

PHYSICAL DAMAGE: 40 / 60 / 85 / 105 / 130 DUSK TRAIL PHYSICAL DAMAGE: 40 / 60 / 85 / 105 / 130 (+50% bonus AD)

R: LIVING NIGHTMARE Cooldown: 150 / 125 / 100 ACTIVE: Nocturne channels for 3 seconds. At the end of this channel, nocturne deals damage to target champion and Nocturne materializes from the nightmare, fearing the target. For 4 seconds after Nocturne materializes nocturne gains extra life steal. If the channel is interrupted then living nightmare goes on cooldown for 10 seconds.
