Champion Concept - Ti Po

Ti Po is monk of sorts, he is a passive support...literally passive. He can not do damage to champions/minions/dragon/etc. He is only able to aid his allies, but do no harm.

Q -Toggle ability - Calming Aura - Costs: 6-15 mana per second - All allies within 400 units are immune to charms/binds/slows and Debuffs (Example: Brands DoT, Zed Ult, etc) 1 point in Q allies cannot be charmed, 6 mana per second 2 points in Q allies cannot be charmed, or bound, 9 mana per second 3 points in Q allies cannot be charmed, bound, or slowed, 12 mana per second. 4 points in Q allies cannot be charmed, bound, slowed, or debuffed, 15 mana per second. W - Activate ability - Passivism - Cost: 100 mana - Target enemy champion becomes converted into passivism, and is unable to attack or use damaging abilities for 3 seconds. (Characters under the influence of W may still move freely). E - Passive ability - Refocused - Allied champions near (400 units) stay focused, causing every 3rd attack to increase their AD and AP by 5 until they leave combat. Enemy champions within 400 units dealing damage to an ally (you included) are dealt damage back. (1 per level as true damage). R - Activate ability - Altruism - for the next 13 seconds all damage that would be dealt to allied champions within 400 units is instead dealt to you. If you die while Altruism is active your death timer is reduced by 10 seconds. If you do not die while Altruism is active you are healed for 10% of your maximum life and mana.

The focus of this is a non-combat support, he is literally a support that is all about position in the fight. He is made to be tanky, so that when R is activated he can absorb as much damage as possible and also so that he can stay alive longer to allow his Auras (Q and his passive E) to affect his allies as long as possible. You might think it would be boring no attacking or doing damage to the enemies but this guy is all about letting his allies do the most they can.

His hp/armor/mr scaling should be one of the highest in the game, since he cannot do damage its very important that he plays the role of tank well. his mana scaling should be decent but he needs mana items to help him...Also just FYI I didn't add any AP/AD scaling to his abilities because if this ever got used by riot I would allow them that unique part to say "okay the E could allow allies to gain 5 + 3% of his AD and 5 + 3% of his AP.." They are big boys at riot, they can do the technical stuff, I just want to lay out a basic design.

Btw excuse the Ti Po's ...lol

I forgot his passive.

Passive - Truly passive - Unable to attack, and auto attacks made against you only do 90% of the damage, and cannot crit.

Sorry yas and adcs, crits don't work well with Ti Po so take them elsewhere.

I like this idea. Threatening, but not to the point where focusing him would be any help. The no damage would be annoying if you are in your base with superminons knocking down your base, but he would be powerful in the right hands. Your rank(the mastery system) would be entirely based on your allies though.

Yeah it would be a very strong support, but the team would have to understand that they have to make up for his no damage, his abilities can always scale differently as riot sees fit. As long as they left him to be a passive champion. I would really like to see a champ that is a true support like this.Bard is the only thing close to it, since he really doesn't do much but stun, and meep them and ult to stop fights/separate players in fights.
