New champ idea.

Name: Steve

Title: The Guy

Lore: Steve is a guy. he joined the league of legends

Passive: Investor- Steve is a business man and can buy stocks at the store that gain value over time and can be resold later for a higher price

Ability 1: Punch- Steve strikes a nearby target dealing damage

Ability 2: Kick- Steve sweeps his legs in an area in front of him slowing all enemies caught in the area

Ability 3: Tackle- Steve jumps to a nearby enemy and tackles them to the ground stunning them for a short time(time stunned increased if affected by kick)

Ultimate: Fight Mode- Steve prepares to fight by ripping off his shirt and gains increased stats for a shirt time

Looks like an average guy. Skins could be made for every race.
