Champion Concept: Re Obscura, The Galactic Nemesis
Champion: Re Obscura (Ray Ob-scoo-ruh)
Champion concept: I imagined Re Obscura being a sinister foe to Aurelion Sol. While Aurelion Sol makes stars, Re Obscura enjoys destroying them. He too is a celestial being, but looks a bit more sly, flying lower to the ground and often using his off-hand claw to vault himself around the rift. His other vicious claw is capable of collapsing a star with a single squeeze. He slightly emits a nebula of toxic gases and star dust.
Passive - Nebula: Re emits a toxic nebula, dealing damage to enemies who melee attack him or touch him.
Q - Collapsing Star: Re Obscura shoots a collapsing star at a target location, creating a black hole at the end of its range or upon hitting a champion. This deals DoT and delivers a very short stun in the AoE black hole, and slows movement in the surrounding area as the black hole persists.
W - Nebula Diffusion: Re Obscura diffuses his nebula, causing it to expand and deal heavy damage and slow enemies that dare come near him during this diffusion.
E - Wormhole: Re Obscura opens a wormhole, dashing a short distance and gaining a small shield if he touches an enemy.
R - Alpha Decay: Re Obsura infects a target enemy champion with a dangerous particle, reducing their movement speed increasingly over a short duration. At the end of the spell effect the target takes % max health damage. If a champion affected by this particle is comes in contact with a black hole, they will be stunned for the duration.
Gameplay: Re Obscura is a mage assassin. I imagined his Q would be similar to Gnars boulder toss in the action and range (not the effect). His W would be a toggle effect similar to the toggle of Aurelion Sol's W. His E Would be a his mobility dash, holding charges or being able to be re-casted for a short period of time. His R would be a single target % max HP damaging spell, that affects the foe after they have been slowed gradually or stunned if paired with a landed Q.
