New item concepts?

Hey all! I would love to post up some thoughts that i've had for some items that riot could make.

Riot has recently made a new AD item that grants sort of a zed ultimate, and I have thought about some new items that riot could make.

League of Legends has boots that gives 15 magic pen, which is good for AP champions. So i have thought that riot can make boots that grant Armor Pen!

And there is quicksilver sash that builds into mercurial scimitar, while AP champions DO have Zhonya's Hourglass, maybe we should make a mercurial equivalent to ap champions? maybe?

While there are many armor items in the tanky section, there should be another magic resist item that can be practical for many champions. since not all champions can have a lot of use with spirit visage, banshees veil, or locket of the iron solari. So maybe another Magic Resist item can be practical for people who are being destroyed by an ap assassin, or just wanna shove a middle finger in teemo's face

Like the idea for mercurial for ap champs, Maybe there should be a zhonyas equivalent for ADC's? because there is always gonna be the time where a fizz or lb is gonna pop up and destroy you in a heartbeat. So this could be a possibility.
