[Champion Concept] Yuki, The Snow Yordle
A rare speices of yordle found only in the freljord, Snow Yordles are a hardy race. Unlike their Bandle City counterparts, Snow Yordles always have a thick down of fur regardless of their gender, and also retain the tails that their ancestors had. Yuki is one of these Yordles. Despite living within the city walls of Ashe's domain, the Snow Yordles serve little to the Freljordian politics. Instead, they offer their services to the community, such as healing, forging, and arcane academics. There is a rumour going around that Snow Yordles have mana crystals encrusted in their fur, making them much stronger in terms of magic than the Bandle City yordles. Though, despite having heightened magic abilities, Snow Yordles can only use ice magic.
Yuki herself is especially fascinated by mana, and has devoted herself to learning about it, and using it to assist her allies. While typical Snow Yordles stay away from politics, Yuki offers her services to the militia as a mercenary. She often doesn't ask for much though, just that the Snow Yordles can stay in the Freljord in peace.
Roles: Jungler, bruiser, mage
Passive: Thick Down: Mana Crusted Fur: Yuki gains 1% damage reduction per 200 total mana. Mana Resilience: If Yuki is under 35% of her maximum HP, then each time she would suffer damage, she consumes 5% of her mana to block 10% of the damage inflicted. (After armor and magic resistance are taken account of. This does not apply to true or pure damage)
Q: Icicle Blast: Passive: Ice Crystal Conversion: Yuki turns ice crystals into mana crystals, which she stores in her fur. Restores 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 mana if she lands a basic attack against an enemy that is slowed by one of her abilities. This can only proc on a single enemy once every 1.5 seconds.
Yuki throws a projectile at target enemy, dealing 40 / 60 / 80 / 100 / 120 magic damage (+0.75 of her AP, +3% of her mana) and slowing them by 25% for 2 seconds. After a brief delay, several icicles shoot out of the targeted enemy, dealing 40 / 60 / 80 / 100 / 120 magic damage (+0.75 of her AP) to all OTHER enemies around the initial target, and slowing them by 45% for 2 seconds. 500 range 75 / 80 / 85 / 90 / 95 mana 12 second cool down Icicle reach: 250 units
W: Arctic Wind: Toggled ability. Yuki spews a constant stream of ice and mana crystals in the direction she is facing, dealing 20 / 25 / 30 / 45 / 60 magic damage (+0.35 per AP) per second, and slowing all enemies hit by 25% if they remain in the stream for 1.5 seconds. Extends 325 units in front of her, with the outer width being 200 units wide 35 /40 / 45 / 50 / 55 mana per second. Increases by 5 mana every 2 seconds. 3.5 second cool down
E: Glacial Crust: Yuki gives target ally a shield of 20 / 40 / 60 / 80 / 100 (+5% of her maximum HP and Mana, +0.45 per AP) for 4 seconds. While the shield holds, that ally is immune to slows, and also slows any enemy that inflicts damage to them by 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30%. (+7% of her mana) Additionally, applies Mana Resilience on that target if the shield breaks for 2 seconds. (Mana drained by Mana Resilience is taken from Yuki's mana-pool, not the allies) 500 range 80 / 85 / 90 / 95 / 100 mana 9 second cool down
R: Mana Pulsation: Yuki conjures a large Ice Spire over 2 seconds that emites waves of mana at target location. Enemies inside the crystal's radius take 20 / 50 / 75 magic damage (+5% of her mana, +0.45 per AP) every 0.5 seconds as well as slowing them by 15% for 0.35 seconds. Allies inside the crystal's radius are granted 1 / 2 / 3 armor (+1 per 200 mana) every 0.5 seconds, stacking up to 100 bonus armor, as well as giving them a 10% movement speed buff while in the radius. Range: 500 units Crystal's effect radius: 550 units. Crystal size: 100x100 units. Crystal HP: 35% of her Mana costs 35% of her current mana 120 / 110 / 100 second cool down Crystal has 100 armor and magic resistance
