Account merging

Hello, I don't know if anyone had this idea before me, but if someone did, sorry for re-posting. My idea is to let players merge their accounts into one, but they would have to pay some amount of RP. Also I would think that it would be fair if account merging requires two accounts from the same region, that means you can't merge for example NA account with EUW account. It could cost around ~3000RP or more, I don't know. But the idea of mine is to let players merge accounts into one by paying exact amount of money.
