[Passive Rework Concept] Nocturne, the Eternal Nightmare

Passive - Living Nightmare: Nocturne is untargetable while he has a host. Nocturne spawns with a possessed human who is tethered to Nocturne. The host has a limited health and will flee from their attacker. While out of combat Nocturne's tether will drag his host behind him. While in combat Nocturne will be limited to the area around his host.

• Unwilling Dreamer: When Nocturne were to deal the killing blow on an enemy champion, he will enter their mind, turning them into a host, preventing their death and restoring some of their health. While Nocturne is in their mind, they will see all allied champions as Nocturne and Noctunre's allies will be invisible. They can attack and kill Nocturne to force him out of their mind. The damage they deal to allied champions they attack is reduced bu 50%-0%, based on Nocturne's level. Any kills from the host will reward Nocturne the gold instead.
