Primary role: Support Ranged

Passive: Your auto-attacks on enemies steal health, your auto-attacks on allies heal them at a health cost to you.

Ultimate: Switch between 2 forms (Like Nidalee). Friendly fire mode allows you to auto attack your allies granting them special effects. Your auto attacks deal no damage to your allies. Aggressive mode allows your auto attacks to damae enemy champions. Notice: When in friendly fire you cannot attack enemies, when in aggressive you cannot attack allies.

Q: Friendly fire mode: For the next 3-5 seconds attacks on allies grant them increasing mov speed that can stack on itself up to 3 times. Aggressive mode: For the next 3-5 seconds your attacks on enemies slow them increasingly and stacks up to 3 times.

W: Friendly fire mode: For the next 3-5 seconds your attacks on allies restore mana to allies for a mana cost to you. Aggressive mode: For the next 3-5 seconds your auto attacks on enemies drains their mana and steals half of it to give to you.

E: Passively grants stats based on kills and assists, kind of like the rengar trophy system. Friend fire stats: extra health granted per shot, extra mana granted per shot, extra mov speed per shot. Gained by reaching certain levels of assists. Aggressive stats: Extra life steal per shot, extra mana drain per shot, extra mov slowper shot, based on kills.

They won't make Friendly fire for this champ.

The biggest issue with this is "old soraka syndrome"

There's really not a bunch for counterplay, and overall this champion would feel kind of unamusing. All they'd do is passively heal/buff their ally until they got to a certain amount of health and mana, getting free poke damage in when the enemies go for last hits, and just go B when they're out of resources, to come back and start over.

Overall though, this concept is actually weaker than old soraka was: there's really not a reliable way of dealing damage with your abilities - its all in your basic attack. There's no real way of escaping if you get focused (at least old soraka could silence her pursuer to have a chance at not being cc'd to death and make a run for it) and there's no way to really burst heal anyone in danger. And the way the kit's designed currently, any buffs you try to give to this guy would have to be stat buffs. In the current state of things, you could actually buff his stats quite a bit without it really mattering by late game, but the early game would annoy people cause they wouldn't ever kill your adc, and trying to step to you if they buff your stats way up would be dangerous early game. Still, by late game, your stats wouldn't even matter: alpha-strike, 2 shot, bye Felicia.
