Discord Rich Presence Using the API

Hey guys, I thought I'd share one of my creations. Back in December, I noticed that League had no rich presence integration with Discord, unlike many other popular games. I wasn't going to let that happen, so I wrote an application to bind rich presence from League to Discord. Some good news came with this latest patch, which is that rich presence was added natively to the league client. That kind of rendered my app useless, but that's fine! There were some logistical issues which made completion difficult, plus native integration is much sleeker.
