Shadow X-11 has two forms. In her humanoid form she gets: increased ability power and penetration towards targets below 40% health. In her cybernetic form she gets: movement through units and if moving towards targets below 40% health, she gets 20% increased ms.
Note: Her Humanoid form is ranged, her Cybernetic Form is melee.
Note: Human form is first in all powers, mana costs do not change between forms only range, attack style, and damage.

Shadow X-11 fires a bolt of energy in a directed location. Upon hitting a target, the bolt moves quick through the area striking 5/6/7/8/9 targets before disappearing. This targets champions. The first target is dealt 50/90/130/170/210 (+75% AP) magical damage, while each other target takes in 10% reduced damage, capping at a 40% reduction.

Shadow X-11 dives forwards, upon hitting an enemy champion, she slices them with her blades, dealing 50/80/110/140/170 (+70% AP) magical damage.
Cool down: 10/9/8/7/6 seconds

Range: 1175 (size of Lux's E)
Mana: 60/80/100/120/140
Attack Style: AoE
Shadow X-11 creates a field that explodes dealing 60/100/140/180/220 (+80% AP) magical to all units hit and silences them for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds.
W: Electrified Attacks

Shadow X-11 deals 20/40/60/80/100 (+25% AP) increased magical damage per basic attack for the next 1.5 seconds.
Cool down: 14/13/12/11/10 seconds.

Shadow X-11 links herself to a target, dealing 25-100 (+25% AP) magical damage to them per second and slowing them by 40/45/50/55/60% for 2/2.5/3 seconds.

Range (if shield gets destroyed): 520
Attack Style: Self Buff
Shadow X-11 overloads her cybernetic capacitors to create a shield that blocks 110/120/130/140/150 (+65% AP). If the shield is destroyed before the 2 seconds of the duration are up, it explodes dealing the current worth of the shield as magical damage.
Cool down: 12/11.5/10/9.5/9 seconds
R: Cybernetic Evolution
Range: 0
Mana: 100 (increases by 200 every time the ability is cast within 6 seconds)
Attack style: Transformation of self
Shadow X-11 changes her form, thus changing her passive and abilities. This also refreshes the cast times of all abilities.

Strengths and Weaknesses:
Strengths: Her different forms provide her with the ability to adapt to different combat situations. This also allows her to fill other lanes. She has the ability to tear targets down from afar before deciding to go in with her evolved form.
Weaknesses: While her ultimate does provide low cool downs, it can lower her mana with the stacking mana cost. She can find herself in sticky situations during the time between her forms, or without the mana required to make big plays. Depending on her build, she could be extremely squishy, making diving in on targets the bad move at certain points, while at other points it might be.
