Magus : the illusion of death

So, this guy is an illusionist (probably and most likely AP champion..)

Passive : Magus gets stacks every X cs , x1 stack equals 0.1 cdr

Phobia Exploitation : Q: Magus can fear (CC) his opponent but they some damage as well (not much..)

Illusion's Cry W: Magus absorbs damage for 4 seconds and then he sends out a wave that deals 25% of the damage he took .

Illusive Suggestion: E: Magus gets in the mind of his opponent , and he can choose 1 ability (not R) to waste it .

Illusive Appearance : R: magus brings a mirror infront of him , and everything (abilities) that touch the mirror it goes back damaging the source that came from .

other option to R :

Illusion of Death: Target thinks they are being killed over and over again. the target is not being actually killed , but can't move , can't use abilities and has no vision at what is happening at all for 3 seconds
