[Champion Concept] Duel, the Ignition Prodigy

Hi! It's been a while since I made a champion concept. I hope you guys enjoy this one!

Duel, the Ignition Prodigy

Duel is a champion capable of dealing damage on his Aim and Ignite.

Innate: Aim and Ignite Duel gains charges when he uses his abilities. When it reaches to a cap, his next basic attack will deal bonus magic damage and slows the target.

> 10 - 70 (+70% of Ability Power) Magic Damage over 3 seconds and slows the target by 35% in the duration.

Q: Detonation Duel shoots a flame ball. When it hits an enemy, the enemy will be damaged, marked and Duel has 2 seconds to detonate it. When it detonates, it deals damage to enemies near the marked target. Additionally, the mark can be detonated with Aim and Ignite but the marked target will take reduced damage from the detonation and increased damage from the Aim and Ignite

> 100, 145, 160, 185, 210 (+70% of Ability Power) magic damage on the first hit. Detonation damage deals 50, 90, 120, 145, 170 (+50% of Ability Power) Magic Damage. The marked target will suffer 90% less damage from the Detonation damage when detonated with Aim and Ignite while it will suffer 20% more damage from the Aim and Ignite

W: Reload Duel reloads his Aim and Ignite, making his next basic attack deal 50% of the damage and slow of Aim and Ignite.

> Reduces cooldown, manacost and time of reloading when leveled up

E: Detonation Recoil Duel shoots the Detonator in the area, dealing damage and slowing the enemies while knocking Duel back.

> Has a cast range of 200. Has a recoil range of 300, 425, 475, 550 and 600. Has a damage of 100 (+50% of Ability Power). Slows enemies in the area by 20%, 25%, 30%, 35%, 40% for 1.5 seconds.

R: Third Degree Burns Duel throws his Flare Bomb to light the targeted area on fire, dealing damage to enemies inside and amplifying their damage taken from Detonation and Aim and Ignite.

> Has a duration of 5 seconds. Enemies inside will take 50, 75, 100 (+20% of Ability Power) per second and takes 20%, 35%, 50% more damage from Detonation and 10%, 20%, 30% damage from Aim and Ignite.

This was bit of a rush because I accidentally did not submit the original and can't get it back anymore. So yeah, I think this champion is balanced because it deals quite the damage on one target but not all of the targets which is good when it comes to team fights so he can easily delete at least 2 enemy champions. His Q and Aim and Ignite are his main sources of damage and the other abilities are considered to support the damage output of Q and Aim and Ignite. Well, I hope you guys enjoy this one!
