[Champion Concept] Celeste, the Crusader
Name: Celeste Alias: the Crusader Race: Half Angel Gender: Female
Her appearance would be something like that in the link (minus the gun), but definetly not a cyborg, lel. She would be a highly agile fighter, who relies on ability combos to deal damage or escape a tight situation. Hard to master and play correctly, involving lots of decision making. Or at least that's what I'm trying to make xD
Primary Role: Fighter Secondary Role: Assassin Resource: Energy (100 + 22.2 per level)
PASSIVE: Faith Manages Celeste is a crusader with a particularly strong faith, who fears no evil, and is immune to terrify effects. She also has 3/6/9/12/15% Tenacity.
Q: Crushing blow Celeste's next basic attack deals 5/10/15/20/25% bonus Physical Damage and always critically strikes. Cost: 25/50/75/100/125 Energy (double if chained) Cooldown: 7/6/5/4/3 seconds Resets her basic attack timer and applies on-hit and on-attack effects. Damage is applied in 2 ticks, one in the very beginning, the other about half a second before the animation ends.
W: Reassurance Celeste blocks the next melee basic attack. If the attack is buffed Celeste still takes 50% of its damage. The opponent whose basic attack has been blocked is stunned for 0.5 seconds. Cost: 30/60/90/120/150 Energy per second Cooldown: 20/18/16/14/12 seconds Upon pressing W Celeste will stop and turn in the direction of the cursor. She will then wait in defensive position for an attack to block - during this time her Energy will quickly deplete. Upon blocking an attack the ability will go on cooldown. If an attack is not blocked and she runs out of Energy or W is released, the ability will not go on cooldown. Any on-hit, on-attack or other effects from the blocked attack will not be applied.
E: Agile means Celeste leaps in the direction of the cursor. While airbourne she is invulnerable to abilities, but ranged basic attacks can still damage her. Cost: 25/50/75/100/125 Energy (double if chained) Cooldown: 10 seconds Has a minimum cast range and can pass impassable terrain. Invulnerability is not applied if chained with Crushing Blow.
R: Retaliation Celeste releases a powerful shockwave in the targetted direction, which interrupts all actions and knocks back all enemies a medium distance away. Snared/Rooted opponents are stunned for 1 second instead. If anyone hits a wall, they're also stunned. For the next 10/20/30 seconds Celeste's sword is ignited, burning its victims for 50/75/100 + (10% AP) True Damage per second for 3 seconds. Cost: 75/100/125 Energy Cooldown: 120/90/60 seconds
Ability chains (combos)
Q + E: Celeste performs a quick backflip at her current position, inflicting 10/20/30/40/50% bonus Physical Damage (scales with E's rank), critically striking and knocking up her opponent for 0.5 seconds. Combo is activated after Crushing blow is complete.
E + Q: While airbourne Celeste can perform a backflip, which inflicts (100% AD) Physical Damage to all enemies, who happen to be beneath her. If this ability critically strikes, it will deal 200% damage and apply a 50% slow for 1 second. She is slowed by 50% for 0.5 seconds upon landing.
W + E: After blocking a melee basic attack Celeste has 0.5 seconds to cast Swift Evasion: Celeste kicks herself back from the opponent whose attack she blocked.
