The Learning Slime

-Passive-

The slime ignores unit collision, moves faster toward enemy champions, takes 20% reduced damage and slow, and damages/slows all units it touches when in slime form. Also, while in slime form the slime does not scale with bonus armor, magic resist, attack damage, attack speed, ability power, or movement speed.

-Note- Abilities Q, W, and E simply alter the slime's passive

-Q- Viscous Slime

The slime's passive gains increased slow percentage equal to 2/4/6/8/10% of it's bonus movement speed. In addition, its passive gains bonus movement speed toward enemy champions equal to 20/40/60/80/100% of bonus movement speed. Finally, the passive gains percentage slow resist equal to 2/4/6/8/10% of bonus movement speed.

-W- Dense Slime

The slime's passive gains damage reduction equal to 5/10/15/20/25% of armor and magic resist.

-E- Toxic Slime

The slime's passive gains damage equal to 5/10/15/20/25% of ability power and 10/15/20/25/30% of its bonus attack damage.

-R- Study, Learn, and Duplicate

The slime leaps toward target enemy champion, fusing to it for three seconds. While fused, the slime deals 100/150/200% of its passive damage and slow. If the slime takes damage equal to 25/37/50% of its max health before the end of the channel, it will fall off of its target. Otherwise, the following happens. The slime leaps back to its original position before taking on the shape, stats, and abilities (Q, W, and E) of its target, as well as losing its own passive in exchange for gaining its target's. The slime retains its ultimate however, and may reactivate it at any time in order to change back to its basic form and (optional) launch itself a short ways in a target direction. In addition, the slime loses all copied attributes upon death and reverts to its original form.

-Note- The slime's ultimate does NOT duplicate anything other than the base abilities and attributes of a champion.

The lore of this champion could be something along the lines of:

A little-known scientist from Zaun acquired a small sample of slime from Zac's body and sought to use it to recreate the Z.A.C. experiment for himself. His experiment was somewhat successful, as he managed to create an amorphous combatant. However, his creation was a cold-hearted monster who seemed to thrive on the suffering of others, including its creator. Its mind was skewed due to the harsh treatment and lack of care it received in the lab and, as such, it was incapable of defining its own identity. It became a master of disguise, able to mimic the characteristics of anything it came in contact with. However, the object was dissolved in the process. One day it escaped its glass cage and tackled its creator, engulfing him and burning his skin with its toxicity. Then, as he lay writhing on the laboratory floor, the slime took on the form of its victim and escaped into the streets of Zaun. For a while it preyed on those unfortunate enough to cross its path, but it hungered for more powerful things to consume. It left Zaun and found its way to the League of Legends, seeking to devour and become the most powerful being in the universe.
