What's with Ez's terrible win rate?
Did I miss something? Since when did he become the worst champion in the game?

hmm meta shifts?
champs that he is bad against are strong and rush early game agro while he is a mid to late game scaling champ needing 
to really hit a power spike... and with this super agro early game meta and lethality he isnt favorable in most match ups when champs can simply out damage and hit power spikes earlier such as DRAVEN or MF
Biggest factor likely is the universal law, bad players will be bad even with good champs.
By the time Ezreal fully stacks , Twitch can already shred an entire team

I feel like Ez doesn't have the early game clear that the higher picked ADCs have. He isn't bad, but incredibly spell and skill shot based. His w is near useless if he goes AD, and it doesn't help him clear minions if he goes AP. His ult doesn't do much since it loses power with every enemy hit and seems like it scales better with AP. His E as well.
He needs some better AD scales on all his other base abilities.
