Another shop for IP?

How about this RIOT, have a shop that comes once or twice a week or sales that can be used on SOME skins with our IP points. Sooner or later no one is going to need new runes or rune pages, or even boosters. It's the same thing over and over, lets do more with the IP we receive very often.
