CHAMPION CONCEPT :KROTUS THE DARK PROTECTOR!!!(A SUPPORT JUNGLER)

A completly new champion with a completly new concept. Looks: A strong man with a dark hood over his head(only his red eyes are visible.) Wearing a dark suit that looks like it's too big for him. Concept:This guys is a SUPPORT JUNGLER!!!( a tank) Yes,you heard me his kit is resolved around killing monsters and giving a big part of their XP and health to the adc. His passive should be something like a built in relic shield that gives healt and XP from monsters to the adc(the person that recives the XP/health should be picked similar to how kindred picks his victims ).

1. ability: Some kind of dash/root like maokai's third ability
2. ability: something like built in smite that also has a prat that works on champions .For example if u use it on a monster the monster is "smited" and if u use it on a champion the champion is silenced(just a suggestion doesn't have to be a silence).
3. ability: a teleport creating ability like bards just with bit bigger range that doesn't use walls but is only able to be placed on the river(any part of it) and the portal may be use by enemies and allies but the portal dissapiears after being used 3 times. Ultimate:A big buff that he can give to his allies or himself(like lulus ult)that heals them and gives them 1 third of their armor and health and magic resist.
