Sell hextech keys in future

I just combined my 8th hextech key. Will there ever be a way to sell them for say 50 rp each or trade like 4 for a hextech chest and vise versa? I hate the normal mode since most people main like 5-10 champions and it is pretty much the same game play each game - it gets annoying. I feel like normal mode is a competition to see who cannot get bored the fastest. I only play weekend games and the occasional Aram (after 1k aram games I'm getting a bit bored of it too now haha). Was getting chests from weekend games so that I could use up keys, but now that I can't they are stacking up pretty fast.

Sorry for the little rant. I like the randomness of aram and freshness of weekend modes. Wish there was a competition type aram for normal mode like you get randomly put into a role and then get a random champion you place in that roles category. Would keep things interesting and force you to be good at all of your champions. This is how I like playing, keeping it new.
