Please make kitty cat katarina available. She is my main and I am dying for that skin. It's driving me insane.

Well, seeing how thus far there are only two Harrowing skins coming out this year (Reaper Soraka, and Ravenborn LeBlanc) it is likely that they are going to open the legacy vault like they did last year for all of the older Harrowing skins. If that is the case then the skin will be back out on the market in one to two weeks.
