Halloween Ziggs skin

I like the idea of a Ziggs skin the represents the spirit of Halloween. I would see it as a legendary skin with the animations to represent the joy of the holiday. I don't have much on design wise for the model, but I'd like his had to be a Jack-O-Lantern carved with his signature grin. His outfit, for all I can imagine, would consist of purple, orange, and black. For his particles and such:

-His autos would be him throwing pieces of candy. Not physically but rather he carries buckets of candy around and swings them to launch pieces candy. -His passive would show his candy buckets glow orange, and when he auto attacks he throws a piece of Hextech Hard Candy, like the icon. -Q would be him throwing his bucket of candy that explodes. Pretty simple. -W is tricky as to what it can be. I have an idea of it being a candy skull that, instead of ticking, laughs while it counts down to explosion. -E would be him tossing out a little bag of candy that pops to place a candy corn minefield or other treats. -His ultimate wouldn't be Ziggs throwing a bomb or some big piece of candy off his back but rather his head! (Another reason I'd want it legendary)

For his death animation, his head could pop while his body stumbles a bit before it falls down, and for respawn/spawning, it would show a his pumpkin head as he runs to pick it up and put it on.

I think I'd like for this skin to be called Trick-or-Treat Ziggs. What do you think?
