Kara - The Conquerer -Thresh/Rakan attack range -Tank/AP Mid/Top

P - Shielded Fury - Gain 1 AP every 20 health. Gain 3 health every 1% CDR.

Q - Tesla Zap - Dashes 300 units to the left, then shoots a bolt of energy to the nearest unit, dealing 50/70/80/90/100 (+60% AP) AOE (within 250 units) magic damage. If that unit is a champion, Kara steals 50 movement speed from them. CD: 5 Mana: 35

Used as poke/harass in lane. Bad for farming, as it only hits 1 creep.

W - Kinetic Rift - Blinks forward 400 units after a 0.5 second windup. Deals 400 damage after 10 seconds in the spot where she blinked from. Enemies are warned by an Ekko-w-like circle. CD: 18/16/15/15/15

Used to get out of sticky situations, engage, or jump over walls.

E - Kara's next two abilities have additional effects.

Tesla Zap - Deals an additional 50/60/70/80/90 damage and increases the amount of movement speed stolen to 90.

Kinetic Rift - Gives Kara the ability to de-cast Kinetic Rift to go back the location she used it at within 3 seconds.

Lightning: Gives Kara an additional shot.

Mana: 100 CD: 50

Used to set up for a high damage combo.

R - Lightning: Fires a global ray of light that descends onto the nearest enemy champion within 2000 units. If an enemy is hit, they are dealt 100/200/300 (+%50 AP) magic damage and slowed by 50% for 3 seconds. If no enemy is hit, 50% of the cool down is refunded. CD: 100/90/80

Just some thoughts for a new champion please judge in comments I want to see the flaws 😀

Uhhhhhh... that passive is really strong... (Sunfire cape gives more armor than thornmail to this champ [you could build 6 warmog's and still end up with more armor than building 6 thornmails (~684 vs. 600)]). I mean, even spirit visage gives more armor to Kara than sunfire does to other champions.

However, the scalings on this champion for AP make it somewhat viable as an AP damage based toplaner. Let's paint a picture: You rush a item 3116 and then a item 3151. With just those two items, you have 155 AP, 600 Bonus Health, and about 85 Bonus Armor. This means your q will do 150 damage AOE(not bad, but on a 5s cooldown and it gives movespeed may be too difficult for melee toplaners to trade). Your ult can hit any enemy champ on the map, and will hit them for (let's assume at getting these two items you are around level 11) 275, knocking them up for 2 seconds (one of the only types of CC that cannot really be cleansed). This damage isn't insane, but the knockup lasts for 2 seconds (relatively long time) and can hit anyone, anytime.

As a side, most top lane champions are typically AD or Tank (with AD damage) and melee. The entire kit of this champion is rather made to crush almost every top lane champion, as even building 2 AP items basically gives you a free Sunfire Cape's worth of armor. Building tank (even supposing you have to build some MR because the midlaner is a mage) can cause even more problems. Say the build looks like this: item 3001 item 3742 item 3065 item 3068 item 3083 item 3158 . On a normal champ this gives them 2400 health, +520% health regen, 120 armor, 120 magic resistance, and 40% CDR. On Kara, this translates to 2680 health, +520% health regen, 503 Armor, 120 Magic resistance, and 40% CDR. Notice the difference between the two armor stats, as Kara's passive gives it about 7500 gold worth of armor (using cloth armor at 15 armor for 300 gold as 1 Armor/20 gold).

Primary concern: I don't know what this champion is supposed to be. The passive, abilities, and ultimate are all oddly lacking in flavor, and the only thing that hints at an interesting champion is the name. Remember this question, because if you're going to improve this design this is the one question you NEED to answer:

What makes my character interesting?

With that out of the way, let's move on to the specifics.

The Passive is busted and just a ball of stats. Think about this: lets say Kara gets 1000 health from items (sort of a light tank build). She gets 142 extra Armor from her Passive alone, which is roughly 60% physical damage reduction on its own. I don't see how this is in any way fair: Kara basically gets 2 free items worth of Armor if she builds Health, which is only balanced by whether or not someone decides to build AP instead (unlikely, with those ratios).

Now, considering that the passive alone shoves Kara into a frontline position, let's look at what her other abilities bring to the table. Her Q is a dash that gives her movement speed. Her W is a channeled blink, probably for crossing over walls into baron or dragon pit. Her E is an attack speed steroid for some reason. None of these abilities support the identity of a jungler (no crowd control for ganking) or an APC/ADC/assassin (only one basic damaging ability). Since you haven't explained how you want this champion to play I can only assume she's an extremely tanky toplaner/support, intended as a Bruiser (you didn't even specify whether or not she is melee or ranged). However, while she is not lacking in raw stats, her kit seems entirely reliant on the items she builds.

The fact that she is manaless is just another quality attached to her that really doesn't need to exist. I guess since her kit is so boring she doesn't need to bother with mana, but frankly it comes off as a failed attempt to differentiate her from a normal ball of stats.

The ultimate is her only ability worth mentioning, and that's because its way too strong. From what I can interpret, Kara can knockup any enemy she chooses instantly from across the map for 2.5 seconds, which is a load of hoosafudge. Seriously, what makes this ok? This is impossible to combat, sucks to play against, and feels incredibly low impact compared to every other ultimate in the game. It's just like POP you're dead, and there's nothing they can do about it. What's fun about that?

Finally, and this is really minor in comparison to the other things that need to be changed, the scaling is all wonky. 18/16/15/15/15? Why not 18/17/16/15/14? Why do you choose to make it scale so weirdly?

I got really excited by the name of this champion, and I'm interested in what you turn her into. For now, I'll just leave you with the big question I asked above, and hope you can find an answer to it that'll guide you in redesigning this champion. Good luck.
