Kara - The Conquerer -Thresh/Rakan attack range -Tank/AP Mid/Top
P - Shielded Fury - Gain 1 AP every 20 health. Gain 3 health every 1% CDR.
Q - Tesla Zap - Dashes 300 units to the left, then shoots a bolt of energy to the nearest unit, dealing 50/70/80/90/100 (+60% AP) AOE (within 250 units) magic damage. If that unit is a champion, Kara steals 50 movement speed from them. CD: 5 Mana: 35
Used as poke/harass in lane. Bad for farming, as it only hits 1 creep.
W - Kinetic Rift - Blinks forward 400 units after a 0.5 second windup. Deals 400 damage after 10 seconds in the spot where she blinked from. Enemies are warned by an Ekko-w-like circle. CD: 18/16/15/15/15
Used to get out of sticky situations, engage, or jump over walls.
E - Kara's next two abilities have additional effects.
Tesla Zap - Deals an additional 50/60/70/80/90 damage and increases the amount of movement speed stolen to 90.
Kinetic Rift - Gives Kara the ability to de-cast Kinetic Rift to go back the location she used it at within 3 seconds.
Lightning: Gives Kara an additional shot.
Mana: 100 CD: 50
Used to set up for a high damage combo.
R - Lightning: Fires a global ray of light that descends onto the nearest enemy champion within 2000 units. If an enemy is hit, they are dealt 100/200/300 (+%50 AP) magic damage and slowed by 50% for 3 seconds. If no enemy is hit, 50% of the cool down is refunded. CD: 100/90/80

. With just those two items, you have 155 AP, 600 Bonus Health, and about 85 Bonus Armor. This means your q will do 150 damage AOE(not bad, but on a 5s cooldown and it gives movespeed may be too difficult for melee toplaners to trade). Your ult can hit any enemy champ on the map, and will hit them for (let's assume at getting these two items you are around level 11) 275, knocking them up for 2 seconds (one of the only types of CC that cannot really be cleansed). This damage isn't insane, but the knockup lasts for 2 seconds (relatively long time) and can hit anyone, anytime.
. On a normal champ this gives them 2400 health, +520% health regen, 120 armor, 120 magic resistance, and 40% CDR. On Kara, this translates to 2680 health, +520% health regen, 503 Armor, 120 Magic resistance, and 40% CDR. Notice the difference between the two armor stats, as Kara's passive gives it about 7500 gold worth of armor (using cloth armor at 15 armor for 300 gold as 1 Armor/20 gold).
