Support Champion Idea: A Blacksmith

This is very basic concept with the numbers not tried just place holders.

Blacksmith

(Passive) Smithing: Items purchased by the smith or by allies while smith is within 750 gain and additional 5% damage, armor or mr. If an item provides multiple of these stats the passive selects the lowest stat the champ has to increase

(Q) Grindstone: cone of blind, low damage for 1.5 seconds and blacksmith can't move while casting

(W) Repairs: prevent armor shred and reduce armor and magic pen by 50% on target ally for 2 seconds

(E) Sharpen: lowers target ally's attack damage by 5% and slows the smith for 1.5 seconds, then returns 10/11/12/13/15% increased attack damage to ally for 4 seconds and a movement speed bonus that decreases over the 4 seconds

Reworked ult: (R) Legendary Augment: Ore spawns on the map in random areas and after the smith collects 3 of these he crafts a legendary enhancement. When activated, target ally gains 15 attack range, .25 attack speed, 15 attack damage, 15 ability power, 15 armor, 15 magic resist, 15 armor pen and 15 magic pen for 7 seconds. (These numbers are very rough, most likely it would scale by level)

I feel like the ult is a little lack luster, as for the Q I think since he's using a grind stone it should make his autos do more damage for a few seconds after the q is used. I also don't know about the E I like the Idea but I feel like the debuff makes it seem not worth.

the ult feels like singed or old taric ult. have him place down furnaces which provide buffs instead or maybe even a hammer smash?
