Random Champ Concept. Part II

Welcome to Random Champ Concept where I take as little time as possible to create a champion concept for you guys to rate.

This time I have, Sio the Flower Witch

Passive: Exquisite Aroma: Sio's spells leave behind visible flowers that burst when stepped on, charming affected enemied.

Q: Blast Bloom: Sio summons a large flaming flower that explodes after a moment dealing damage.

W: Vile Bloom: Sio summons an enchanting green flower that bursts, poisoning and marking enemies. Poisoned enemies take bonus damage from her other spells.

E: Bouncy Bloom: Sio summons a Purple flower, touching this flower launches you forward through the air based on your movement speed.

R: Bouquet of Blooms: Sio's next two spell casts combine into one bloom, Q + W has wider range and the poison deals bonus damage. W + E poisons the target and slows them on landing. Q + E launches the first champ to touch it, then explodes, knocking back surrounding enemies. R Passive: Flower Trail: Sio gains bonus movement speed, as she moves she gains stacks and at 100 stacks she leaves behind an Exquisite Aroma flower.
