[Skin Idea] Cia inspired LeBlanc skin

I definitely see an epic LeBlanc skin based on Cia would be really cool! She has the huge head dress, the staff and the skimpy LeBlanc style outfit!

Even better is that Cia has a "Dark Form" which would be a nice texture for her Clone.

A lot of LeBlanc's skins have been based off / references to other great characters whom share a similar thematic. Maleficent, Cruella Deville, Zatanna and Poison Ivy are the most notable ones. Cia's character design could inspire a new LeBlanc skin, which I think would look awesome!
