Talon Skin

Okay, so SSW skin aside, considering it's been said they team skins aren't considered skin releases that affect how long it'll be until they release another skin, why has there been no new skin for Talon since 2012? It's about to have been 5 years since his Dragonblade skin was released in the lunar revel. My only suggestions for skins would be something to go with the theme of his title, the blade's shadow. Some sort of dark energy blades and stuff. With the assassin update around the corner, it would be cool to see him receive a skin as well.
