Summoner Spell Cross-interaction
What if summoner spells could be combined; cast simultaneously in order to produce an empowered result at the cost of extended cooldown?
Say, for example,

produces an ignite at twice the range.
or
+
produces the old exhaust effect, which includes makes a target more vulnerable to incoming damage.
It gets interesting to explore possibilities. Perhaps

allows the movement speed boost of an ally, or
+
allows the ignite of any enemy within range of a valid teleport location.
