New Featured Game mode!

I think it would be a cool idea to have a featured game mode where we play as like a "pallet" champion that is like a dark silhouette. Everyone plays as this champion. In this game mode you have a completely random set of abilities from already existing champions. It would probably work best if not ALL of the abilities were available for this pool. Just a neat thought that popped in my head haha.
