[CHAMPION CONCEPT][LORE+NEW RACE] Rose, The First Woken

This is my first ever champion concept as well as first time writing lore so bear with me how horrible it will probably be! AND SORRY FOR WRITING SO MUCH, BUT IF YOU READ IT ALL I HOPE YOU ENJOY THE LORE![slayer-pantheon-thumbs]

**CHAMPION CONCEPT: ** Rose, the First Woken

Passive: In My Presence

Within the presence of Rose, enemies, allies, and monsters receive effects based on certain circumstances.

Enemies: Over 80% health, enemies receive 1% more damage based on level from Rose's abilities Enemies: Under 20% Health, enemies receive 15% armor buff which increases by 3% per level, however Rose's auto attacks receive a 5% chance to execute which increases by 1% per level.

Allies: Over 70% health, allies receive 15% which increases by 1% per level, of Rose's AD/AP Allies: Under 30% health, allies receive 10% increased damage from enemies, receive 25% increased healing from all effects.

Monsters: Over 75% health, deal 10% more damage increasing by 2% per level to allies or enemies. Monsters: Under 40% health, grant 3% of max health per hit from allies or enemies.

Passive: Random Arms Rose starts off using one of three of her arms at random.

Q: Arms Flexibility. Rose toggles between three different weapon modes with different ability kits.

DUAL WIELD DAGGERS: Attack speed increase of 4/8/12/16/20%. Auto attack strike twice with 50/45/40/35/30% Reduced Damage. Movement speed decreased by 15.

LONG SWORD: Hits strike enemies in a linear path, damaging those behind. Attack speed decreased by 10/12/14/16/20%. Damage increased by 20/21/22/23/25%. Movement Speed Decreased by 30.

FISTS: Attack speed increased by 5/10/15/20/25%. Damage is reduced by 30/28/27/26/25%. Enemy armor is reduced by 5% each hit, max 30%. Receive burn damage over 3/4/5/6/7 seconds based on maximum health per hit 1/1.5/2/2.5/3%/.

W: Transfer of Presence

DUAL WIELD DAGGERS: Rose channels a daggers with her presence, enabling it to be thrown in a linear shape, dealing Physical Damage 30/50/70/90/110(AP+AD RATIO). If daggers hit an enemy champion pull the champion half the distance towards you, and deal damage to all enemies on return.

LONG SWORD: Rose empowers her long sword enabling her next attack to slam enemies in a cone airborne dealing Physical Damage 20/40/60/80/100 (AP+AD RATIO)

FISTS: Rose invokes her firsts granting her 2/6/10/14/18% life steal, increasing all healing effects by 1/3/5/7/9%. Grants decaying movement speed.

E: Power of Presence

DUAL WIELD DAGGERS: Rose increases her presence and leaps dealing damage where she lands, knocking enemies airborne, dealing Magical Damage 20/30/40/50/60( AP+AD RATIO).

LONG SWORD: Rose cuts in an arc which travels outwards increasing in size dealing Magical Damage 30/50/70/90/100 (AP+AD RATIO). Can only hit once.

FISTS: Rose increases her movement speed based on (AP+AD+AS)

R: The Presence of the First Woken

Rose doubles the effects of her passive. Increases all damage she deals by 10/20/30%.

EXTRA CHAMPION STUFF: I don't know if she should use mana or instead maybe change it from mana to presence, and instead her abilities cost presence. This could maybe be a new system? Cool down for abilities will be based on the ability and arms. We don't really want a champ who can spam broken abilities. I don't know if these abilities are broken but to me they seem sort of broken. The percentages and stuff are just random, I doubt the actual percentages would be used if this champ was made... They're just examples of how the champion could be made. I don't really have any artwork for her but you should read the lore for a description of how I'd imagine her. Comment on anything you think I'm missing or should change or add more to the lore!?

LORE: From cosmic star dust and energy of the void, on the islands West of Runeterra something was ripping itself into existence. Something remarkable, it's energy radiating beyond the power of a thousand suns. All could feel its power as it shifted the weight of the world, from Freljord to the Shadow Isles. Then just as suddenly as this force began, it all stopped, it had became still.

THE FIRST ENCOUNTER In The Great City of Demacia...

"Garen, what... what was that energy just now? - Lux shakingly asks.

"I.. I don't know, it's quiet, something is wrong" - Garen mumbles.

Both siblings step outside from the Hall of Valor and walk towards the Grand Plaza.

As Garen and Lux walk, Garen catches sight of a the king,

"King Jarvan did you feel that as well?"

"Yes... this power what is it?"

"Perhaps it is the Voidborn or Noxus, or maybe an army beyond our walls"

The three stand in confusion.. Then suddenly a light shimmers from the sky blinding the three, the light falls towards the ground gracefully, like an angel, the energy felt by the three, is familiar to the one before, not just familiar but perfectly alike.

" My king, stand behind me, you as well Lux." Garen draws his sword and stands firmly, breathing, ready for anything that might happen, ready to protect what he cares for the most.

The blinding light flickers like a candle, dwindling away and away till what was bathed in the light had show itself, not only were the three Demacians watching it but the entirety of the city. Finally, it had show itself, this being of shocking power. It was ... a female. She had two different colored eyes, one Golden, and one Blue, both laid on Garen. Long blonde hair to her hips, she had worn armor, not any armor Demacians had seen before. She did not seem to be attached to any militaries such as Noxians. On her back was a Longsword, it looked to big for her to carry, as well as daggers which she had held in her hands. She had energy, cosmic and voidic energy pouring from her armor. The ground near her looked as if it were going to crack and break from the power she had. All this alone, and you could tell, this was no ordinary being.

" WHO ARE YOU!?!" Garen questions the being aggressively. " A CELESTIAL?! A VOIDBORN!? SPEAK NOW!"

The being replies...

" I... Am...

Hungry, do you happen to have some food?"

Garen replies, " ANSWER MY QUESTION FIRST!"

" You should calm down little one. If you would like to know so bad, I am Rose, Rose Erinvald. I have been asleep, dormant for many millenia. I am of the Titanvorne, or Titan born. We are beings who exist beyond time and the universe itself. Have the others arrive yet?"

"What others...?" Garen calming down, but still holding his guard, Lux peeks from behind Garen

"Have you felt an energy that radiates beyond the power of a thousand suns?" - Rose

" No, we haven't" - Lux says from behind Garen

" Well.. it seems I'm the first to awake, this seemed to be the closest populated city from where I had been."

Lux pops out from behind Garen and walks towards Rose

" Rose.. is it. Where do you come from?"

"I'm from beyo.."

"No, I meant, where as in location on Runeterra?"

"Ah.. I came from some islands West of here"

"But.. those are uninhabited"

"Is that so? Whilst I had awoken, there had been other life forces near me, but never mind that little one, now as I asked before, do you have any food, or must I wipe this entire city into oblivion"

Lux shocked replies, " Yes we have food!"

Rose smiles, the energy in the entire city changes.

Rose laughingly says, " Well then, I'm starving, show me where little one!"
