I would like to see a dodge button added into game - But I wouldnt like to see it being allowed to be abused either
I would like to see punishments for excessive dodging, but it too be allowed for when it is absolutely necessary, and to require a reasoning for dodging
Say for a known troller, negative team chat, etc
And how would it recognize if there actually is a Troll? If you make a Vote system people could just Vote against one guy if He has a bad winrate or they don't like his Pick. Would be abused the hell Out of it.

More like a dodge vote. 4/5 for it to happen without punishment for reasons in blind pick where someone autolocks as well as in draft pick for someone picking a troll champ like Janna jungle. Exiting your client would still apply the punishment.
