A champion idea i have rolling around in my head

So I had this idea for a front line Suppott/Tank/Healer that could turn the damage he recives into a healing zone that heals his ally's (not himself because that would be Op af) and provides tonnes of utility and somenice engage and disengage. His scalings would be almost entirely off of health and AD with a smattering of ap on his heal zone passive and ult. His Ult is kinda interesting. So I thought, " so he essentially sacrifices him self to keep his team alive but if the enemy team doesnt get CC'd or damaged than there is no use for him to go in and it would be best to wait for them to attack." I wanted him to have the option of waiting for a mistake or being an aggresive engage so for the ult it's similar to the old Galio ult with a few notable differences. (R) Vanguard's Calling: Champion calls out viciously, taunting all nearby enemies and forcing them to attack him.

  1. He is moble and not rooted in place like old Galio. Enemies will not folow him and if he walks away from them they will no longer be forced to attack him. 2.Enemies are forced to attack him but can still issue move commands and can flash or blink/dash out. 3.His movement speed is reduced by 25% 4.There is no explosion, instead, enemies have mixed damage reflected back to them (percentage dependent on amount of ap and ad built more ad means more ad damage is reflected and reverse is true) scaling of percentage is based on health and AP, reflection damage procs thunderlords, Rylai's, and ludens. 5.While his ult is active (lasts 2,2.5,3 seconds) his heal zone increases by 50% and the healing power doubles from .25 base to .5. His other abilities are (Passive) Noble Sacrifice.: Passively transfers lost health into health for nearby allies within a range of 1000 (1500 when ult is active) (multiple allies recieve reduced healing as the health lost is shared between all present allies) The bread and butter of his Kit and what makes him a strong support pick. (Q) Brief Repast.: Champion Deactivates Passive and gains 10,11,12,13,15% Tenacity and heals himself and a nearby ally champion with the lowest health for (100,150,200,250,300 +11,12,13,14,15%max health) Cooldown 25 Seconds at all ranks mana cost 70 This is your sustain, it will have a very long cooldown. Use this to get out of sticky situations with the slimmest amount of health and watch yourself regen up to half Hp, then get back in there. (W) Vanguard's Might.: Champion lashes out in a cone in front of him with his weapon, slowing (20,25,30,35,40% +1% for every 15 AD) and damaging physical damage to all enemies hit (50,75,100,125,150 + 1/2 of bonus Ad) for every enemy hit you gain a stacking shield equal to 5% of max health stacking up to 15%. (Note Damage dealt to shield does not transfer to passive) Cooldown 12,10,8,6,5 This is your harras and utility in one spell. With it you can engage on an enemy or 4 and, with your shield, you can get into position for your ult and E (E) Paragon's Leap. Champion braces for a second, then leaps in the target direction, stopping when he hits the first enemy or ally champion. If he hits an enemy they are stunned for 1.5 seconds at all ranks and the champion gains a temporary damge buff against that enemy (1,2,3,4,5% +1% per 50 Bonus AD), if he hits an ally they gain a small shield (25,50,75,100,150 +15% bonus health) and a damage reduction buff of 5% at all ranks (1,1,2,2,3 second). Cooldown of 10,8,6,5,4.5 This is your engage tool, for getting into the fight and helping him do some damage since he is not really big on damage the buff is to compensate that, or if you see an ally in a tight spot, dive on them and help them out with a shield and damge reduction so they can maybe make it out alive.
