[Season Reward Suggestion] Victorious Chromas?

Now this is an idea that I randomly thought of while playing league with my friends one day. I'm not sure if somebody else recommended this before but I think it would be awesome to reward people the higher their tiers. For example: -Golds get only victorious skin -Plats get the skin and a plat chroma for that skin -Diamonds get the skin and a diamond and plat chroma -Masters get th skin and a master, diamond, and plat chroma -Finally Challengers, they get nothing. Jk they get the skin and all the chromas

I feel like this is a good way to reward players for their achievements. It is also a cool way to maximize the potential of chromas.

It doesn't have to just be a sole reward of people's achievements, it could be integrated for people who have either been active in the league community that try to MAKE LEAGUE CREPES AGAIN or for people who are friendly players (i.e. No chat restrictions and such). But the main part is that they must be of that tier.

People would be encouraged to play ranked more and actually try to play to win rather than play to grind lp. It could benefit everybody who deserves it, especially the chromas' creator's paycheck.
