New Champion Concept - League needs this !
We need - spell thief - real spell thief not semi stealer like ZOE
I thought about this before, and i though this tipe of champ will not fit league, but now, many things changed with new pre-season, and i DO believe this type of champion can find his/her place on the summoners rift. Although as i did write this post, i imagine how hard this should be from technical point of view. This champ will requre HECK OF A LOT calculations and lot of tests (i'm speaking like this champ is next to be implemented :D well i hope one they, maybe not exactly this, something similar will step his foot on rift.)
Here are some details about champion (I will not do any calculations and write any exat damage numbers for spells, that's a thing for balance team to think i just share my ideas)
I named him - Chase - and he is melee support (it would be too op to make this kind of champ ranged)
Passive: Very simple - after you use any spell - gain small burst of movement speed for X amount of seconds
Q - Cram Bolt (12/11/10/9/8 sec couldown) : Throw bolt of compressed energy to target location, if it does hit enemy - bounce to nearby 6 enemies (damage goes down with each bounce by X).
W - Stolen Goods (couldown is applied if you stole same spell if it would be in couldown if you actually had that spell in your kit): Is a semi active / passive ability - like Zoe's. Passive: Casting stolen spells restores X% of mana cost to your nearby allies in Y radius and give them shield for Z% of casted spell cost. If there is an ally with no mana or who uses energy instead, they will only get a shield. Important - Chase does not get shield himself - works only on allies
Active: Cast stolen spell
E - Master Of Four (16/14/12/10/8 sec couldown): Chase goes deep into his memory to remember old 4 spells he learned while was young. They have to do with elemts - Air/Earth/Fire/Ice (imagine this changing one after another to make selection - just like Twisted Fates W): Each element selected gives you chance to cast a spell with different effect on yourself or ally champion. Each effect lasts for 4 second
Air: - give you or ally burst of move speed (stacks with your passive move speed) Earth - increase ally's armor and magic resist Fire - grant attack speed Ice - attacks of ally champion who is under this effect do slow enemies
R - Spell Thief (6 / 4 / 2 seconds couldown): Being casted on enemy champion - steals last spell they used. That spel will appear on your W spell position and will last (20 / 40 / 60 seconds) before it's gone. Chase can steal any type of spell, event ultimates, but not summoner spells. After one use spell will be gone from your W slot so you cant just steal one spell and spam it until it fades. If spell was stolen then used, and then stolen again, it will be on couldown - having same amount of time left on couldown as if that spell was in your kit. If stolen spell has no mana cost - if it's stolen from champion with no mana - then it will have no cost. If it's stolen from champion with energy - it will have same cost as mana.
i believe i have missed some details and did not thought about many things, but i believe with any issue, i can find solutions. Hope you like this concept, waiting for your thoughts
